These terms govern your use of Glossa: Word Puzzle (the "App") and playglossa.app (the "Site"), provided by Zorzen Studios ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the App on devices you own or control, subject to the store's terms (Apple Media Services or Google Play). The App, its word lists, art, fonts and design remain ours or our licensors'. Open-source and open-licence components are credited in the App under Settings › About.
2. Free play and advertising
The free tier includes every level, language and mode. It shows an interstitial ad between levels at most once every three completed levels, never mid-puzzle and never when you retry, and rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one. There are no banner ads. Ads respect your phone's silent switch.
3. Purchases
- Welcome Pack (one-time, offered during your first days): a period without interstitial ads, a hint bundle and one postcard theme.
- Hint packs (one-time): hints that never expire.
- Glossa Lifetime (one-time): no ads, ever, a daily hint allowance and the launch postcards.
- Glossa Plus (monthly or yearly subscription): no ads, unlimited hints, every postcard drop and streak insurance. It renews automatically until cancelled in your store account settings; cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge.
Prices are set per region and shown in the App. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms; restore them on a new device with Settings › Restore purchases. Nothing you can buy changes puzzle difficulty or the words you get.
4. Stamps
Stamps are an in-game reward earned by playing. They cannot be bought, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and can only be spent on postcard themes inside the App. We may adjust Stamp rewards and prices for future play; Stamps already earned stay yours.
5. The refund guarantee
Si tu vois un jour une pub forcée, écris-nous et nous te remboursons. Write to support@playglossa.app with your store receipt. Refunds are issued through the store you bought from, and the store's own refund rights apply in addition.
6. Your progress
Progress is stored on your device and in your platform's backup. We do our best to keep it safe, but we cannot recover progress from a device that was wiped without a backup.
7. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the App, tamper with purchases or ads, or use the App in a way that breaks the law or harms other players. We may suspend access to features for abuse.
8. Changes to the App
We add levels, languages and themes over time and may retire features that no longer work. A paid entitlement keeps what it promised for as long as the App is available on your platform.
9. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, or liability that cannot be excluded.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Zorzen Studios is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
